Want to Join Us? Civil Air Patrol membership is available in two main categories, Cadet Members and Senior Members. Cadet membership is open to those at least 12 years old, and not having reached their 19th birthday. Senior membership is open to those 18 and older. Detailed membership information can be found in CAP Manual 39-2, Civil Air Patrol Membership Manual. The Arundel Composite Squadron meets in the Glen Burnie area of Anne Arundel County, Maryland.
